Christopher T. Reid, MD is a psychiatrist trained in both therapy and psychopharmacology. His focus is on helping individuals achieve a better understanding of themselves through therapy. For persons who are unsure if medication is right for them, Dr. Reid offers a safe and open environment to discuss their use. Dr. Reid has experience treating patients with a wide range of concerns. He holds a special interest in the treatment of anxiety, depression and associated mood disorders, grief, difficulties with peer and family relationships and self-esteem.
Dr. Reid received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and obtained his Doctorate in Medicine from the St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his General Adult Psychiatry residency at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt.
