Healthy Foundations Group proudly participates in-network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield products (i.e. Carefirst, Anthem, FEP, etc), and with some Johns Hopkins Network products (EHP and USFHP). Our providers do not participate in any other insurance networks at this time. Many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits. We will always provide a statement in your patient portal with appropriate coding to allow you to submit for reimbursement. The best way to find out the services and limits of coverage of your insurance plan is to contact your insurance company or employee benefit plan directly.

We understand that you have a life with its own commitments and that everyone has unexpected changes to their schedule. With advanced notice we try our best to accommodate any schedule change you request. However, you will be charged for missed/canceled sessions without 48 hour notice unless we can reschedule your appointment within the calendar week. It is important to realize that “no show” sessions cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
