Catherine McCotter, born and raised in Rockville, MD, is an experienced Administrative and Executive Assistant, daughter, sister, friend, wife, and pet mom, with several years of experience supporting Administrative Professionals and the Executive Team at Healthy Foundations Group.
Catherine has worked in several industries, including restaurants, sales start-ups and government contracts. Her passion for serving the Mental Health community began when she joined Healthy Foundations Group and The Heartwood Program in 2018. Catherine started her journey at HFG as the Intake Coordinator, then went on to support The Heartwood Program as the Program Coordinator. The next step in her career was to become Executive Assistant to the Clinical Director of Healthy Foundations Group, Dr. David Driver, MD. Catherine is extremely grateful to be part of a community where she can use the leadership and management skills she’s learned from previous positions, foster both personal and professional growth, and contribute to the healing of each client who walks through our door.
When Catherine isn’t working, she can be found hanging out with her cats and dog, practicing yoga, reading, trying new foods, spending time with family and friends, or working on a DIY project around the house!
