Katy Levine

Katy joined Healthy Foundations Group in the fall of 2022. Using a psychodynamic approach, her focus is on creating a collaborative, exploratory therapeutic environment. Katy is passionate in helping clients find more moments of ease, clarity, and self-awareness. Katy works primarily with adults to identify emotions, better understand current needs, and create connection between unresolved conflicts and present issues. She is experienced in working with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and co-occuring disorders.

Katy wholeheartedly believes that self-reflection is a powerful, necessary tool in order to best show up for oneself and others. She takes a tailored approach to each client, working with them to create the best course of treatment on an individual basis. She utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), among other evidence-based modalities, to foster a compassionate, safe space for exploration and growth. Katy also focuses on the mind-body connection.

Katy received her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Kennesaw State University. She has previous experience in outpatient and community mental health settings. In her free time, she is an avid reader and loves to travel.
