Paul is licensed as a clinical professional counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. He has a range of diverse clinical experience in the area of clinical Psychology specific to teaching, supervision and psychotherapy. Additional training he has done includes attachment based therapy, schema therapy, and marital counseling. Paul has experience working with individuals, couple and families; counselling a variety of issues including, marital, relationships, anxiety, depression,
anger management, personality disorders, substance use, pornography and sexual issues.
As a psychotherapist, Paul enjoys providing authentic, compassionate, challenging and insightful support as he journeys with his clients through a variety of challenges they face. Paul understands that our past has influenced our present but it need not dictate our future. Our life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow. Paul believes that with the right tools, empathic support, and personal determination, we can live our lives to the fullest.
