Yobana’s interest in accounting began at the age of 18 when she experienced the world of an entrepreneur as a furniture store owner. She has over 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, working with many different types of companies, including commercial and GovCon.
Professionally, she enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of the business, and managing the accounting side. She is very knowledgeable in many computer software programs and shines in QuickBooks and all Microsoft Office products.
Personally, she enjoys being involved in volunteer activities. Also, enjoys and is committed to her family, her church, and building relationships with friends.
Ms. Ballesteros holds an AAT Accounting Technician Certificate from Bromley College in London, UK, and is an IRS Certified VITA Tax Preparer (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance). She keeps abreast of the changing to the accounting rules.
