Patient Experience Supervisor
Nola is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare
Management. She is dedicated to using her knowledge and passion for the healthcare
industry to further prompt the quality of care that patients receive and support to the
community. Nola is passionate about positively impacting the experience that clients
here at HFG undergo to promote the overall well-being of mission of the organization.
Previously Nola worked in various customer service and management roles in the
healthcare, retail, and therapeutic industry. Her additional role as a licensed realtor has
equipped her with a passion for building strong relationships with clients, as well as
identifying and aiding the needs of those she comes in contact with.
