Patient Experience Coordinator II

Nola is a senior Healthcare management major at Towson University. She is dedicated to using her knowledge and passion for the healthcare industry to further prompt the quality of care that patients receive and support to the community. Previously Nola worked in various customer service and management roles in the healthcare, retail, and therapeutic industry. Her additional role as a licensed realtor has equipped her with a passion for building strong relationships with clients, as well as identifying and aiding the needs of those she comes in contact with.
