Caitlin works with clients facing a range of concerns, particularly trauma, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, grief, depression, challenges with mood, interpersonal stressors, and difficulty with life transitions. Caitlin also has specialized training in the treatment of primary, neuroplastic chronic pain and is certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy by the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Center.
Caitlin’s approach is warm and collaborative. She works alongside each client to identify their goals and chart a path forward. Drawing on somatic, psychodynamic, CBT, IFS, and interpersonal therapies, Caitlin supports her clients to better understand their symptoms, hone their strengths, and create sustainable change to increase well-being.
Caitlin earned her MSW from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work. Prior to joining the mental health field, Caitlin spent more than a decade working in international community development. In her free time, she can often be found reading, drawing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and getting outside with her dog.
